THE CONCEPT: The Postmoderne collection by Eric Jourdan revolves around the language of shape and form. It is the drawing by pencil, the shifts and adjustments to proportion which constitute the design of the furniture. This is seen in the balance of the tops and the staggered legs. In the light, asymmetrical appearance we rediscover the round form so dear to Eric Jourdan. NIGHT CHEST Band in 1/4'' - 8 mm multi-ply clad in natural oak, black-stained oak or walnut veneer. The feet (with matching veneer finish) incorporate a flat central metal reinforcement. Choice of eight finishes – see following page. SIDEBOARD Band in 1/4'' - 8 mm multi-ply clad in natural oak, black-stained oak or walnut veneer. Structure with rounded corners finished in argile or plomb lacquer with matching interiors. Doors and drawers are always in walnut veneer. Choice of top in matching lacquer or gloss black marble-effect ceramic stoneware. Choice of four finishes – see following page. DESK Structure with rounded corners and drawer front in walnut veneer. Choice of top in argile or plomb lacquered glass, or gloss black marble-effect ceramic stoneware. Glass hinged doors framed in pewter anodised aluminum with shelves in clear tempered glass. Choice of top in argile or plomb lacquered glass, or gloss black marble-effect ceramic stoneware.
