Its generous, flowing lines recall familiar archetypes, reinterpreted in a contemporary dimension, a softness that extends beyond boundaries while remaining balanced, a silhouette seemingly drawn by the passage of time.

The chaise longue in particular embodies this poetics, with a cushion that extends beyond its formal limits, evoking domestic and sensual imagery — like a cake rising beyond its mould.

Elysia Lounge Chair designed by Luca Nichetto

Elysia is upholstered in a Manta Alentejana, a traditional blanket from the Alentejo region of Portugal with a heritage reaching back over a century. It is woven by hand at the Fabricaal workshop in Reguengos de Monsaraz. The manta’s Lido pattern is a classic from the Fabricaal portfolio, available in a colour range developed with De La Espada. The alignment of the pattern across the chair was carefully defined to achieve the most aesthetically pleasing composition.

ALBIREO SOFA SYSTEM

Albireo Sofa by Anthony Guerrée is a flexible seating system with gentle curves and a tall backrest, offering refined style and deep comfort. With just six key modules, Albireo Sofa can achieve numerous configurations with a sense of dynamism. The upholstered form is punctuated by timber feet and optional timber side tables.

Named after the double star in the constellation Cygnus, Albireo is inspired by Guerrée’s recurring dream of spending a starry night in Joshua Tree Park gazing up at the Summer Triangle asterism.
